The wine room was designed and built for owner operator Jack Pires of the 22 west restaurant in union New Jersey. Dedicated to fine dining and service, the restaurant needed a 3000 bottle storage room that occupied less than 100 square feet of floor space. A square returned hexagonal front 14 feet high did the job. The rear wall of the room separates the executive dining room from the main dinning area
